Savory Creamed Corn

   Melt butter in a sauce pan or skillet.

   Add corn, cooking for 6 mins.

   over medium high heat.

   Stirring, every so often.....after it starts bubbling.

   I used frozen corn.

   Stir in sour cream and cook another 3 mins, or until heated, through.

   I used sour cream with chives, as it was what I had on hand.

   Remove from heat and add cheese and basil.
