4 medium zucchini
1 lb. pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. fine cracker crumbs
1 slightly beaten egg
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
dash of garlic powder
dash of black pepper
