Butter

1 teaspoon poultry season
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. sage sausage
1 can water chestnuts (opt.)
Minced celery (opt.)
1/2 - 1 teaspoon garlic

Saute/fry minced onion, mushrooms in 1 stick butter with garlic.

Oven dry bread, then cut into cubes.

Brown sausage in pan and drain fat.

IN large bowl place bread cubes and sausage, pour over butter with onions, etc.
