Sausage-Stuffed Mushrooms

   Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems.

   Set caps aside.

   Crumble sausage into a 4-cup glass measure; sprinkle garlic and chopped mushroom stems over top.

   Stirring midway through cooking, microwave on high 4 minutes.

   Drain.

   Stir in bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, wine, salt and pepper; mix well.

   Stuff each mushroom cap with about 1 tbsp.

   Place 8 mushrooms on a microwave-safe dish and microwave on medium-high (70-percent power) for 5 to 6 minutes.
