3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
2 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. whole kernel corn
2 Tbsp. butter

In skillet, brown sausage.

Drain off grease.

Melt butter in skillet with bell pepper, onion and corn.

Cook about 10 minutes. Add sausage; mix well.

In a large bowl, mix corn meal, egg and milk.

In another large skillet that has been preheated to about 450u00b0, pour half of corn meal mixture, cheese and the other half of corn meal mixture.
