Sausage Roll-Ups(Quick And Everyone Loves Them!)

   Stir in flour to cooked and drained sausage.

   Stir in cottage cheese. Add seasonings to sauce. Stir 1/2 cup sauce into sausage mixture.

   Spoon some meat mixture onto tortilla and roll up. Place tortillas, seam side down, in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Pour remaining sauce over tortillas and bake, covered, for 40 minutes. Uncover.

   Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
