Sausage Rice Casserole

   Cut sausage in chunks; fry gently.

   Saute pepper in oil. Saute onion in oil.

   Brown rice in oil.

   Mix all ingredients. Cover with bouillon and bake, covered, at 325u00b0 for 1 hour.

   Ready when rice is cooked.

   Sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
