Ingredients: 1 1/2 pound sweet sausage; 3 green peppers; 1 lg. onion; 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese; 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr; 1/2 teaspoon oregano; 1/4 c. vinegar (white); Frzn pizza dough for 2 pizzas; Egg yolk for brushing on top of bread; 1 pound Mozzarella cheese

1 1/2 pound sweet sausage
3 green peppers
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 c. vinegar (white)
Frzn pizza dough for 2 pizzas
Egg yolk for brushing on top of bread
1 pound Mozzarella cheese

Fry sausage, drain well.

Saute/fry crisp peppers and onion.

Combine all ingredients except dough and yolks.

Let stand after mixing well till you are ready to use it.

Roll out pizza dough for one pizza on greased table.

Roll at least 13 x 13 or possibly better.

Put 1/2 of mix on top dough.

Very carefully not to loose filling healthy pinch ends.

Put on greased cookie sheet seam down.

Brush top crust with egg yolk.

Repeat for second one.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min.
