1 pound cooked smoked Polish sausage
3 med. onion
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/2 c. cool water
1/3 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce or possibly tamari
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp. veg. oil
Warm cooked egg noodles

Slice sausage into 1/4 pcs.

Cut onions into thin wedges.

In a small bowl stir together water, sherry, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic pwdr, and pepper; set aside.

Preheat wok or possibly skillet over high heat; add in oil.

Add in onions and stir fry 3 min.

Add in cauliflower and stir fry 3 min more.

Transfer vegetables to a bowl.

Add in sausage to wok and cook 2 min.

Punch to the sides.

Stir cornstarch mix, then add in to the center of the wok or possibly skillet.

Cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
