1/2 pound pork sausage
1/4 c. finely minced onion
14 ounce. can sauerkraut, liquid removed
2 tbsp. fine bread crumbs
3 ounce. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 Large eggs
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Brown pork till finely crumbled with minced onion.

Add in sauerkraut, well liquid removed and snipped, 2 Tbsp.
