Sausage Crescent Rolls

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

   In a large sauce pan, cook the sausage until brown.

   Drain.

   Remove from heat and add cream cheese and jalapenos.

   Stir until well mixed.

   Unroll the crescent rolls and add a big spoonful of the sausage mixture in the center of a triangle piece.

   Roll up the crescent roll.

   Brush the tops of the rolls with egg white.

   Cook for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
