Sausage Casserole

   Cook rice until just before done.

   Brown sausage (like you would ground beef).

   Saute chopped onions and celery.

   Mix meat, sauteed vegetables, onion soup mix and cooked rice.

   Put into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

   Add a small amount of water, about 1/3 cup. Cook in a 350u00b0 oven for approximately 20 minutes.
