Sausage And Potato Casserole

   Slice potatoes anyway you want to.

   Slice onion same way as potatoes.

   Cook potatoes and onion in a deep skillet until almost done.

   Add smoked sausage; cover with lid and cook slowly until done.

   Cover potatoes, onion and sausage with cheese.

   Put lid back on and let the cheese melt.
