Sauerkraut-Rice-Meat Casserole

   Cook rice.

   Brown lightly the sausage, hamburger, onion and celery.

   Drain rice.

   Layer mixture, rice and sauerkraut in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with a layer of meat mixture on the bottom and top.

   Bake in a 350u00b0 to 375u00b0 oven for one hour.
