Sauerkraut Casserole

   Cook sauerkraut and tomato sauce together for 3 minutes.

   In pan, brown sausage and onions in bacon fat.

   Cook 5 minutes.

   Add 3 tablespoons flour to make it tan.

   Mix sauerkraut, mushrooms, beans and soup mix in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.

   Add sausage and onion mixture and bake in 350u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.

   (Can substitute hot dogs or ham if you wish.)
