Sauerkraut Balls

   Grind onion, ham, sauerkraut and corned beef.

   Add salt, mustard, parsley, pepper and 1/2 cup flour.

   Mix well.

   Make into small balls.

   Dip in egg, flour, egg, then crumbs.

   Deep fry at 375u00b0.
