Ingredients: 6 manicotti shells; 2 Tbsp. water; 1 Tbsp. instant minced onions; 3 oz. cream cheese; 3/4 c. sour cream; 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained; 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley; 1/4 tsp. salt; 1/8 tsp. pepper; 2 c. cubed chicken, cooked; 1 1/2 oz. envelope cheese sauce mix; 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook manicotti shells 15 to 20 minutes.

Combine water and onions for 5 minutes.

Combine cream cheese and sour cream.

Add onions, mushrooms, parsley, salt and pepper.

Add cooked chicken. Stuff shells.

Prepare cheese sauce mix according to package and pour over shells.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
