Thaw, cook and drain spinach and place in large mixing bowl. Fry and crumble sausage; drain.

Add manicotti shells to boiling water; stir occasionally until shells are still a little hard (3 to 5 minutes).

Pour enough sauce to cover bottom of 10 x 14-inch baking dish.

Stuff each shell with sausage mix and place in baking dish in rows; not on top of each other.

Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with grated cheese.
