Slice orange, lemon and lime thinly and place into a large pitcher. Pour in the wine, then add the sugar. Stir well. Add in the liqueur and again stir well. Finally add in the strawberries.

Cool overnight in refrigerator. Right before serving add chilled soda water and ice cubes.
