Preheat oven to 350u00b0F and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Place cake mix, butter and egg into a large bowl and mix until a dough forms. Using your hands is the easiest way to mix this together. Press dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Top the crust evenly with all of the chocolate chips, then top that with half of the coconut. Sprinkle chopped cookies evenly across the coconut then sprinkle remaining coconut over cookies. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, until baked through. Immediately after removing it from oven, take a plastic knife and run it around the edges to loosen it. Let it cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
