Salty and Sweet Potato Rolled in Pork

   Cut the potatoes into rectangles and keep in water for a while.

   Then, wipe off the water with a paper towel.

   Sprinkle some salt on the pork and roll 3 to 4 pieces of potatoes with it.

   When the pork has a nice brown color, cover the frying pan with a lid until the potatoes are cooked thoroughly and then add all the ingredients.

   Stir until the pork is covered with the sauce then it is ready.

   You can use green beans or carrots instead of potatoes and you can even use a ready-made yakiniku sauce.
