Salt Cookies Using Leftover Egg Yolks

   Melt butter in the microwave.

   Mix in the sugar, salt, and egg yolks.

   Fold in the flour.

   Bring the dough together, wrap in plastic wrap, then roll into a log.

   Slice the log into your desired thickness and arrange the slices on a baking sheet.

   Bake in an oven preheated to 150C for 15 minutes, then at 160C for 2 minutes.
