Salmon Salad

   Cut the salmon skin, which was leftover from doriainto 1 cm pieces.

   Fry in a frying pan with oil.

   It's troublesome so I just fry it, but coating with cake flour prevents the oil from spitting.

   When it becomes crispy, set it aside.

   Mix smoked salmon, sliced onion, and cucumber.

   Use any kind of vegetables you like.

   Serve into a bowl, and sprinkle fried salmon skin as a topping.
