S & O Cookies

   In large mixing bowl gradually add sugar and mix with softened butter.

   Mix in egg yolks.

   Sift flour once into a second mixing bowl. Add baking powder and salt. Sift these dry ingredients three times and add to egg, sugar and butter mixture.

   Add almond extract.

   Using cookie press create shapes (S and O) directly onto cookie sheet.

   Baked in 400 degree pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes.
