Rustic Sausage Pasta

   boil water for pasta.

   in separate frying pan, heat olive oil and garlic over med-high heat. cut both sausages out of their casings, and crumble sausage into garlic and oil mixture and brown slightly, over medium heat. while cooking the sausage completely (app 12-15 min) cook pasta accordingly, as fresh pasta only takes 2-4 minutes to cook. add red pepper flakes, and brown completely.

   serve sausage over pasta, and garnish with fresh cheese and parsley.
