Pre-Heat oven to 350.

Thaw Puff Pastry using the instructions on the box.

Separate and slightly roll out the pastry into two rectangles. ( It comes in this shape so it is easy to do). Place it on a lightly greased baking sheet and set aside.

Wash and slice all tomatoes into 1/4 onch rounds and drain on a paper towel.

Wash and chop the herbs into ribbons and let dry on a paper towel.

Take the mascarpone cheese and put it in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of the Basil and 1/4 cup of the Oregano and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan Cheese and 1/4 Tablespoon of pepper and stir togther until blended.

Spread the cheese mixture onto the Puff Pastry evenly,overlap the tomatoes on top of the cheese mixture, sprinkle another 1/4 cup of Basil on top of the tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 15-25 Minutes. If the top of the pasrty gets too dark you can cover the edges with foil.The last five minutes of baking sprinkle some parmesean cheese on top to melt. Rmove and col slightly, cut into slices and serve. You can also serve this cold or at room tempature.
