2 medium onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. salad oil

1 c. tomato sauce

1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 medium zucchini (diced 1/2-inch pieces)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute meat and onions in oil until brown; drain.
