Ingredients: 1 egg, beaten; 2 Tbsp. water; 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese; 1/4 c. bread crumbs; 1/2 tsp. sugar; 1 (24 oz.) can tomato sauce; 2 lb. round steak; 2 Tbsp. oil; 2 tsp. minced onions; salt and pepper; 1/2 tsp. marjoram; Mozzarella cheese

Combine egg and water; combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.

Dip meat into egg mixture, then into Parmesan cheese mixture.

In a large skillet, brown coated meat in oil.

Transfer to a greased shallow casserole.

In same skillet, cook onion until soft.

Stir in salt, pepper, sugar, marjoram and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes.

Pour over meat.

Cover and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350u00b0.

Uncover and top with cheese slices.

Bake until cheese melts.
