Preheat oven to 375u00b0. Cook beef until brown. Remove from heat and drain. Stir in seasoning mix, cheese and water; set aside. Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles. Arrange triangles into a circle on a greased cooking stone with wide sides overlapping in center and points outside. This leaves a 5-inch open center on stone. Scoop meat mixture evenly onto widest end of each triangle.

Bring outside points of triangles down over filling and tuck under wide ends at center.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Cut bell pepper in a zig-zag style. Place pepper in center of ring and fill with salsa. Mound lettuce, tomato, onion and olives on top of ring surrounding bell pepper. Cut ring; serve garnished with sour cream.
