15 whole Corn Tortillas
6 ounces, weight Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Prepare the salsa.

In a medium bowl, combine celery, onion, cranberries, pears, garlic and orange juice.

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil on medium for 1 minute.
