Roasted Potato Salad

   Heat oven to 425u00b0.

   Place potatoes on 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

   Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, stirring once.

   Mix dressing, bacon, eggs, onions, salt and pepper in large bowl.

   Add potatoes and mix lightly.
