Roasted Honey Pepper Pack

   Carefully score roast 1/2-inch deep completely around roast without cutting string. Combine all remaining ingredients.

   Mix well. Spoon or brush 2/3 of the honey mixture over pack to coat. Roast at 325u00b0 for 1 hour. Brush with remaining honey mixture and cook 30 minutes more or until thermometer registers 160u00b0. Serves 8.
