Roasted Garlic cream sauce

   Place garlic cloves in foil with some oil and place in oven at 350' f ....till it turns brown and soft like 40 min or so

   Now in a sauce pot saute the shallots and minced garlic till the onions are soft and glassy and then add the thyme

   Now add the wine and cook down till the liquid is reduced by half then add the cream and roasted garlic salt and pepper and reduce till thicken

   Now you can either blend everything and serve it that way or what I do is strain out the garlic and onions and set it a side

   Cool down and use for anything like Alfredo by adding parmesan cheese ..or adding blue cheese to it
