Roasted Figs With Almond Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   In a bowl, whisk the butter and icing sugar until the mixture is homogeneous.

   Add the eggs and mix.

   Add the almond powder and mix.

   Cut the top of each fig, making a cross-shaped notch to open it a little, and pour in 1 or 2 teaspoons of almond cream.

   Arrange in a baking dish, and bake 15-20 minutes.

   On each dish, arrange a warm fig, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and broken biscuits.

   Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
