Roasted Broccoli

   Preheat oven to 500u00b0 (preheating is essential).

   Separate broccoli into serving size spears.

   Wash and pat thoroughly. Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with olive oil spray.

   Spray spears lightly.
