1 1/2 cup milk

4 cups just cooked pasta, such as penne

Heat oil in a pan, add fish, cook to seal sides.

Remove from pan and reserve.

Add fish and pasta; pour into an ovenproof dish.

Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until fish is hot and crackers are golden.
