Rise'S Lemon Pudding Cake

   In a large bowl, mix sugar, salt and lemon juice.

   Add 6 egg yolks (save egg whites in separate bowl) and beat well.

   Add flour and melted butter (or margarine) and mix well.

   Add milk (one cup at a time).

   Beat egg whites until peaked and fold into mixture.

   Pour into well-greased 9 x 11-inch baking dish.

   Set baking dish into pan of cold water (approximately 1/2-inch deep)* and bake at 350u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.

   Cool and serve. Refrigerate when cool.
