4 rib eye steaks
8 baby potatoes
1/2 papaya peeled and diced
1/2 red onion small, finely chopped

Mix wine, soy, honey and garlic in a shallow dish. Add steaks; turn to coat well. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins.
