Reuben – Famous Sandwich With Pastrami

   Pastrami ideal for serving is the one which has already been steamed over very hot or even boiling water in a tightly covered pot.

   This way we get warm and crumble meat which is literally melting in your mouth. We cut it in very thin slices.

   We toast two slices of bread.

   Then cover with the other bread slice and Voila! We can enjoy a perfect Reuben sandwich.
