Cream butter, sugars, oil and eggs.

Sift together flour, soda, cream of tartar.

Add to butter and sugar mixture. Mix well and add vanilla, and lemon extract.

Place in refrigerator and chill until you can handle to roll into rolls.

Take a piece of wax paper and roll up to make a long roll.
