1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. cold water
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green or sweet red pepper

1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
