2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
FILLING
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
2/3 cup water
1 lb cream cheese, softened
6 ounces sweetened condensed milk

3/4 cup whipping cream, whipped
TOPPING
1 cup chocolate curls
