2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
3 eggs, separated
2 c. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Cook egg yolks, remaining sugar and water in double boiler until thickened.
