   1)Bring 4 cups water to boil.

   2) Add garlic while boiling.

   3) Add paprika while boiling

   4) Bring to simmer and add all other ingredients.

   5) Watch quantities of chili powder since all have different tastes.

   6) Simmer and stir for 5 to 10 minutes.

   7) Add Corn Starch to provide texture if needed.
