Raw Banana And Potato Chop

   Boil the banana and potato. You can boil them skin off or with skin. Keeping skin is better because that will keep the nutrition. Take off the skin after boiling. Mashed them. Add onion green chili, chatpati masala or dry spices, coriander leaves, salt, and one egg. One thing is important here is that in Bangladesh potato and banana is so dry when it is boiled so we use egg for making it moist. It will tighten the chop. You can use whatever you like to add the moisture. Add everything properly.

   Make 8 balls from the dough/mashed ingredients. Use both palms to make the round shape. Try to make the ball tight by using both palms. Now you can fry them in fry pan or saute pan.

   Or deep them in egg and then to bread crumbs and then fry them in shallow oil.

   About oil use: banana chop absorb oil. So you may need good amount of oil to fry them. (I never tried to bake them, but you can try. That may reduce oil use. Just a hint).

   Serve them in a nice plate with the nicer way you can......enjoy
