Raspberry Yogurt Tiramisu Parfaits

   Dip two halves of the lady fingers in the coffee and place on the bottom of a small cup. Repeat with another cup and two more lady finger halves.

   Spoon about half of a yogurt container over the top of each cup. Add 2-3 tablespoons of whipped cream over the yogurt. At this point you can sprinkle some cocoa powder over it (optional).

   Repeat the layering process once more. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and top with a fresh raspberry.
