Raspberry-Hazelnut Cordial Crepes with Chocolate Cream Cheese Filling

   Pour liqueur over berries; let stand 30 min.

   Mix cream cheese, chocolate and sugar until well blended.

   Spoon into pastry bag.

   Warm crepes; fill each with 2 oz.

   (60 g) cream cheese mixture and 1/4 cup (50 mL) berries.

   Fold into a triangle.

   Serve 2 crepes stacked together on a plate, sprinkled with 1/2 tsp.

   (2 mL) powdered sugar and 2 tsp.
