cut salmon into 1x3 inch strips.

place wrap on flat surface.

Brushing with a small amount of oil.cover egg roll wrap with damp papertowel while you are working with them to prevent them from drying out.

place about a tablespoon of spinach mixture on wrap then place salmon on top.

roll into a log and gently twist the ends (if using phyllo) roll like egg roll otherwise.

Place on ungreased baking sheet.

brush firecrackers lightly with oil and bake 18 to 20 minutes or until wrap,is crisp and golden brown.
