Ranch Chicken/Fantastic Fish Coating

   Mix the corn flakes, cheese, and ranch dressing mix together.

   Melt butter.

   Dip fish or pork chops or chicken in the butter then in the mix.

   Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes for the fish or 3040 minutes for chicken or pork, until done.

   For chicken I bake it at 375 degrees F to get it done faster but it works either way.

   I buy the dry ranch dressing in a large container so I dont measure the dressing exactly.

   You could play around with the amounts to suit your taste.
