In the marinate bowl beat in egg add pork, sugar, light soy sauce, pepper and milk and gives little massage on the pork cover for 30 minutes or more

Add pork broth let's boil for 5 minutes

Add oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce and fermented soy beans stir well

Add the flour mixing into the soup keep stirring till get thick and cover for 5 more minutes

Pour the sauce over the noodles served hot .If you like spicy add chillies pepper into the sauce it will be yummy too
